This week 11-year-old Tarteel from Hebron successfully underwent reconstructive plastic surgery on her hand and leg, which is part of her staged long-term treatment at the Shriners Hospital in Sacramento, California. Tarteel has been sent there in the past for treatment by the PCRF and is being hosted by our Bay Area Chapter. The PCRF is the main non-profit in the world who arranges free medical care for sick and injured children outside, having sent nearly 2,000 children since our founding 25 years ago.
