PCRF Delivers Emergency Clean Water to Displaced Families Across Gaza Strip Amid War

In response to the worsening humanitarian crisis in Gaza, the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) continues its emergency clean water distribution campaign, reaching displaced families in the northern, central, and southern areas of the Gaza Strip.
With the collapse of infrastructure, contamination of water sources, and lack of fuel and power, access to safe drinking water has become a critical challenge—especially for children and families living in overcrowded shelters. PCRF is delivering thousands of liters of clean water weekly to ensure basic survival and protect against the spread of disease.
This lifesaving project is led by PCRF’s local field teams, who navigate destroyed roads to reach the most vulnerable. The water is sourced and distributed directly to displacement camps, where it’s used for drinking, cooking, and maintaining hygiene.
In Gaza, where humanitarian access remains limited due to border closures and siege, clean water is not just a need—it’s a lifeline. PCRF’s water relief efforts are part of a broader emergency response that includes food assistance, hygiene supplies, medical support, and psychosocial aid for children.

In war-torn Gaza, where water infrastructure has collapsed and safe drinking water is nearly impossible to access, the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) is one of the leading humanitarian organizations delivering emergency clean water to displaced children and families. These distributions are vital to preventing disease and ensuring basic survival during one of the worst humanitarian crises in Gaza’s history.

This program reflects PCRF’s continued commitment to health, dignity, and hope in Gaza. As needs grow, so does the urgency—and every delivery counts.
