This week, the PCRF continued the treatment of five-year-old Moneer Qassem from Tulkarem, who was born with a congenital deformity of his leg and had his left lower limb amputated by Dr. Anna Cuomo during her volunteer pediatric orthopedic surgery mission to the Palestine Medical Complex last October. A new leg was built for him through our One-Time Sponsorship Program by Luai Sublaban Prosthetist & Orthotist in Ram, Palestine. We thank all of the donors who made this boy's care possible.
