In 2024, the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF) successfully evacuated 169 children from Gaza through its Treatment Abroad Program, providing them with life-saving medical care in the Middle East, Europe, South Africa, and the United States.
These children, who endured severe injuries and critical health conditions, were given the chance to access specialized medical treatment that was unavailable in Gaza due to the devastating effects of the war. Thanks to this vital initiative, many of these children are now on the path to recovery, supported by the compassionate host communities that welcomed them.
