German pediatric orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Marc Sinclair from the Little Wings Foundation in Dubai and in cooperation with PCRF, returned to the European Gaza Hospital in the southern Gaza Strip. He will perform eight complex surgeries which he scheduled during his volunteer mission last March. Dr. Sinclair is volunteering with more than a decade of experience, his medical missions change the lives of children who suffer from congenital malformations and injuries.
