This week, Tokyo plastic surgeon Dr. Diachi Morioka returned to Thaer Thayer Hospital in the West Bank town of Tulkarem to provide reconstructive surgery on poor and needy children. Dr. Diachi has led nearly two dozen volunteer missions to the Middke East with the PCRF, providing hundreds of children the care and support they need. PCRF is the main nonprofit in the world sponsoring volunteer international surgery teams to treat patients and train local staff.
