This week, Dr. Paul Calvin Holtrop, a Neonatologist and Assistant Professor, Pediatrics, Oakland University Wm Beaumont School of Medicine, in Michigan is in the West Bank and Gaza to visit and evaluate neonatal ICU care.

This is part of the PCRF's ongoing effort to improve the quality of medical care in Palestine by bringing specialists who can help guide our efforts to provide training, materials, and equipment.
