Psychosocial sessions for children with cancer and blood diseases in Gaza

Children suffering from chronic diseases such as cancer and blood diseases need individual and family psychological support sessions to get rid of depression, psychological, and behavioral problems. The PCRF's mental health team in the Gaza Strip works hard to provide home mental health services to these children to give them the skills to get rid of the psychological problems.
This week, the team started family interventions and psychological support sessions for the family of children siblings Mohammad, Moayad, and Rafiq who suffer from broken blood platelets, in addition to the families of the two children with cancer, 4-year-old Yosef and Basant.
