This week the PCRF is sponsoring an Egyptian Maxillofacial surgery volunteer mission to provide surgery for refugees in Lebanon's camps. The team is lead by long-time PCRF volunteer surgeon Dr. Muhammad Al Sherbiny Abushasha, and includes anesthesiologist Dr. Medhat Mikhal Girgis, and pediatric surgeon Dr. Adham Ahmed Wafaa. The team are working at the PRCS Safad Hospital in the Badawi refugee camp and come from Mansoura University Hospital in Egypt.

The PCRF is cooperating with Smile Train to support the cleft lip and palate operations for children in the Middle East and have provided thousands of kids corrective surgery over the past twenty years.
