This week, the PCRF’s Swiss Plastic Surgery and Maxillofacial team began performing life-changing surgeries for children with deformities at Nasser Hospital in the southern Gaza Strip. The maxillofacial team is led by; Dr. Johannes Kuttenberger, together with maxillofacial surgeon Dr. Andrea Della Chiesa, and operating room nurse Kathrin Schulze. The plastic surgery team is led by; surgeon Dr. Natasha Foster and operating room nurse Linda Christen. This is their second volunteer mission trip to Palestine with the PCRF in 2022. PCRF is thankful to our volunteer medical teams who work to change the lives of children, giving them the medical care they need and deserve.
