Jana is a five-year-old Syrian refugee from Homs who now lives in Northern Lebanon. She was suffering from a cataract and underwent surgery with a lens implant at Haykal Hospital by Dr. Abdelnaser Akkoum. This is through our One-Time Surgery Sponsorship program, which provides refugees in Lebanon and Jordan the care they need.
