The Third Camp Ability For Amputees Concludes In The Gaza Strip

The Third Camp Ability (Al Qudra Camp) second phase, during which sixty young people lost their limbs due to congenital deformities, wars, and return marches, aged between 6-15 years old, concluded in Gaza. The youth participated in and enjoyed the popular Dabkeh and got to know each other's stories through this year’s PCRF Camp Ability magazine. The magazine contained their drawings and stories, amongst other positive and inspiring material.

Every year, the PCRF has been holding Al Qudra summer camps for amputees in the Gaza Strip to create a space for the youth to learn about each other’s stories and break psychological barriers in the community. In addition to addressing physiological needs, PCRF also assesses their medical needs through prosthetic experts and activities that bring them joy and connection.
