PCRF honored the U.S. vascular surgery mission led by Dr. Khalil Qato. The week-long mission took place at Rafidia Hospital in the West Bank city of Nablus. Dr. Qato is the assistant professor of surgery at Southern Illinois University and a member of our vascular committee on our Medical Advisory Board.
