Chicago based duo, Dr. Sahar Alrayyes, Professor of pediatric dentistry, University of Illinois Chicago, and Dr. Anne-Ashley Compton, Pediatric dentist private practice, are currently leading a volunteer dental mission at the Huda Al Masri Pediatric Cancer Department in the West Bank. The team has scheduled 15 oral surgeries and is conducting comprehensive screenings to assess the dental care needs of numerous patients. Having led numerous missions for PCRF in the West Bank, Jordan, and Gaza, the contributions of Drs. Alrayyes and Compton are vital to our ongoing efforts to provide specialized dental care to children with cancer and special needs. Dr. Sahar and Dr. Anne-Ashley also serve on the PCRF Medical Advisory Board as well as on the steering committee of the PCR-Chicago Chapter.
