On Saturday, March 7, our South Florida community came together for its first major event, rooted in the spirit of Ramadan and united in support of the resilient children of Gaza.
The evening featured many moving moments—from children’s Quran recitations and a powerful reading of Refaat Alareer’s “If I Must Die,” to a silent auction and meaningful insights into PCRF’s work on the ground. Keynote speaker, Dr. Nada Flaifl, bravely offered a glimpse into life in Gaza, highlighting both profound hardship and extraordinary resilience. Her words grounded us in the human reality behind the headlines.
Thank you to PCRF South Florida for a deeply meaningful event and for your continued commitment to our mission.
