On Sunday, February 15th, the PCRF-Columbus Chapter gathered for a deeply meaningful evening in support of Gaza’s orphans. The night included a beautiful silent auction, a moving performance of “Mawtini,” and five powerful Dabkeh performances featuring children ages seven and up. The event also included updates on the chapter’s initiatives, an overview of PCRF’s on-the-ground impact from the PCRF’s Director of Chapter Operations Sarah Alrayyes, touching reflections from Dr. Ihab Halaweish on his medical missions in Gaza, and a firsthand account from Mr. Hazim Dahir on his non-medical mission to Lebanon’s refugee camps, where he witnessed PCRF’s impact firsthand.
We extend a big thank you to the PCRF-Columbus Chapter for bringing this beautiful event together in support of the PCRF’s Orphan Sponsorship Program and congratulate them on the great success of their 13th annual benefit dinner.
