This week, Dr. Francis Nathan, an ophthalmic surgeon from Australia, returned on another volunteer mission to Rafidiah Hospital in the West Bank town of Nablus. Dr. Nathan has been on several dozen missions for PCRF over the past twenty years and saved the eye sight of thousands of poor and needy people.
