This week, a three-member team from Boston Children's Hospital Global Health Department returned to Dr. Musa and Suhaila Nasir Pediatric Cancer Department in Gaza to physicians and nurses in pediatric advanced life support.  Lead by Pediatric Emergency Medicine Doctor and Global Health Program Director Dr. Michelle Niescierenko, and supported by Dr. David Mills and nurse Alexis Schmid, the team will provide two weeks training for physicians and nurses in pediatric resuscitation and identifying sick children who are admitted to the pediatric oncology ward.
