This week, British surgeon Dr. Asan Rafee returned to Lebanon to provide surgery on children with hand injuries and deformities.

Dr. Rafee has volunteered on dozens of past PCRF missions to the West Bank, Gaza and Lebanon, and was last month on a trip with other UK surgeons in Lebanon. He is volunteering at the PRCS Safad Hospital in Badawi refugee camp.
