This week Chilean surgeons Dr. Maria de Los Angeles Fernandez and Dr. Luis Alvarez Varela, and Costa Rican anesthesiologists Dr. Juan Pablo Álvarez returned to Tulkarem Hospital to provide children Maxillofacial surgery. The team have led several past volunteer trips to Palestine with PCRF and treated many dozen children.
