This week, Dr. Etienne Brian from Lariboisière Hospital in Paris is volunteering his time as an oncologist in the Gaza Strip to help provide training, workshops and clinics for cancer patients. This is Dr. Brian's second volunteer mission to Gaza for PCRF, and his mission is to help improve the quality of oncological care in Gaza. One of the leading causes of death in Gaza is cancer, and PCRF recently opened the first pediatric oncology department in the Gaza Strip.
