This week, a seven-member team of volunteer doctors and nurses from Germany are in the West Bank town of Jenin providing plastic and reconstructive surgery for burned or needy patients. Lead by surgeon Dr. Volker Wedler, the team include anesthesiologist Dr. Chantal Breitenstein, OR nurse  Eveline Fuchs, recovery nurse  Lorenzi Micaela, assistant Nicole Leuenberger,  and nurse Habbel Hubertus. Also jointing is volunteer student Robin van den Wildenberg. The team come annually to Jenin to help support care for patients and help train the local staff.
