This week pediatric orthopedic surgeon Dr. Tom Bailey returned on his 10th volunteer mission to Palestine for PCRF. Dr. Bailey is from the University of Georgia and is part of our Pediatric Orthopedic Education and Training (POET) Program.  Also joining his is anesthesiologist Dr. Danna Al-Hadidi from Michigan. Dr. Bailey is teaching surgeons at the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah as part of PCRF’s effort to develop long-term sustainable medical services in Palestine.
