German Neurosurgeon Dr. Mustafa Al-Khatib is in Rafidiah Hospital this week providing surgery for patients in cooperation with the PCRF and German NGO Palmed. This is Dr. Al-Khatib's second mission to Palestine with PCRF cooperation.

PCRF is happy to cooperate with Palmed to provide much-needed surgery and training for local doctors an effort to improve the quality of medical care in Palestine.
