In April, PCRF finished the rehabilitation of Husan Primary Healthcare Clinic in Bethlehem, including an external expansion for patient registration and a new children's clinic. This clinic will improve health care services and patient care in the area and surrounding villages for around 16,000 people, including; improving health conditions for newborn children by decreasing mortality and illness rates, improving and developing the quantity and quality of extended medical services through governmental health centers, provide secure and quick access to treatment for sick children, and contribute to improving the health conditions of children living in marginalized areas. This project was sponsored through the efforts of our Cleveland Chapter’s 2022 Iftar dinner, from which a portion of the proceeds went to support the development of this clinic.
