Complex Vascular Surgery Mission Concludes at Rafidia Hospital

From May 15 to May 21, 2026, a specialized vascular surgery mission was conducted at Rafidia Hospital in Nablus. The mission was led by Dr. Walid Masoud, a long-time volunteer and expert in vascular surgery and organ transplantation, supported by operating room nurse Mustafa Abu Househ.

During the week-long deployment, Dr. Masoud evaluated 15 patients and successfully performed 12 highly complex vascular surgeries. These critical interventions provided essential care for both chronically ill patients and individuals suffering from severe trauma and injuries. Dr. Masoud’s extensive clinical background and specialized skills were instrumental in successfully managing these challenging cases.

We extend our gratitude to Dr. Masoud and Mustafa for their continuous commitment and volunteerism, providing vital medical support to patients in need.
