During May, the One-Time Medical Sponsorship Program provided essential medical support to 904 children across the region, including 11-year-old Aisha, who had lived in silence for eight years after her cochlear implant sound processor stopped working. Unable to afford a replacement, her family watched her struggle to hear and communicate. Through the program, PCRF provided a new sound processor, allowing Aisha to regain her hearing and reconnect with the world around her.

This support reached 466 children in the West Bank, 241 in Gaza, 98 in Lebanon, 69 in Egypt, and 30 in Jordan. By covering the costs of specialized treatments, therapies, medical equipment, medications, and rehabilitation services, the program helps vulnerable children access the care they need and gives families renewed hope for a healthier future.
