This week, pediatric orthopedic surgeon Dr. Walid Yassir returned for the 14th time as a volunteer to Palestine through PCRF.  Dr. Yassir works at the Children's Hospital of Michigan and has provided hundreds of children in Palestine medical care, as well as helped to train local doctors at the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah, as well as other facilities through our Pediatric Orthopedic and Education Training (POET) program, which is building up pediatric orthopedic services in Palestine.
