Palestinian Boy being Treated in Dubai Takes First Steps

Earlier this year eleven-year old Moaiad and his mother were sent by PCRF to Dubai to receive orthopedic care that was not available to him in Gaza. He was accepted for care through Little Wings Foundation and it's head Dr. Marc Sinclair, with his team at King College Hospital.

Moaiad has completed multiple surgeries to correct a congenital malformation that prevents him from being able to walk. This week he received his braces and took his first steps, and he will continue physical therapy back home in Gaza to gain strength and coordination. Moaiad and his mother are supported by generous volunteers in the UAE throughout his time there.

PCRF is proud to partner with Little Wings Foundation and Dr. Sinclair to not only treat children in the UAE, but also support their many volunteer missions to Gaza, where they provide hundreds of children free expert surgical care.
