This week, a team from Portland, Oregon, led by pediatric cardiologist Dr. James Kyser, began treating patients with congenital heart disease in the new pediatric cardiology department in the Palestine Medical Complex in Ramallah.  He was joined by Dr. Cathy Woodward, anesthesiologist Dr. Matthew Solomon, Dr. Asma Taha, angiography technologist Amber Ishitani, Jayme Mahler, nurse Sarah Hilderbrand, and Hana Abdulrahman. Dr. Taha and  Dr. Woodward are part of our pediatric intensive care committee on our Medical Advisory Board and have volunteered on dozens of past medical missions for PCRF. Dr. Taha is also the current President of our PCRF-Portland Chapter.
