This week has been filled with joy as we welcomed enthusiastic volunteers from Palestine Ahliya University's first-year nursing students. Led by their dedicated teacher, Pearl Tawfiq, a former nurse in the pediatric cancer department at Huda Al-Masri, the event unfolded in the serene garden of our Children's Cancer Department. Laughter echoed through the air as a myriad of recreational activities brought smiles to the children's faces. It was a heartwarming sight to see the children enjoying themselves and making new friends. To make the day even more special, gifts were shared with the children, creating moments of delight and gratitude. These interactions not only brighten the children's summer but also foster a sense of community and support that we cherish.
