In response to an urgent appeal from MOH following last month’s bombing in Gaza, our humanitarian projects team today provided the very expensive drug Deferasirox for thalassemia patients.
This emergency supply came as the drug was running out of stock and patients faced the prospect of trying to survive without adequate medical care.
